1. Introduction

RevGen AI LLC (“RevGen AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides product marketing, partner marketing, and go-to-market consulting services under the name RevGen AI Marketing.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit revgenai.biz (the “site”), use our assessment tools, communicate with us, or work with us on a consulting engagement. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the site.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you choose to give us when you:

  • Fill out a contact form
  • Request a Partner Marketing Audit through the “Book an audit” form
  • Complete the “Run a 60-second read” assessment
  • Email us or otherwise contact us directly

This information may include your name, business email address, company, job title, phone number (optional), and any messages you submit. When you complete the assessment, we also collect your answers about your company’s go-to-market and partner programs.

2.2 Scheduling

When you book a meeting through Calendly, we receive your name, email address, the time you choose, and any notes or answers you add to the booking.

2.3 Client Engagement Information

During a paid or pilot engagement, clients may share business information with us, such as go-to-market plans, pipeline data, partner lists, CRM exports, and internal documents. We handle this information as confidential under the engagement agreement or non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with that client. If that agreement conflicts with this policy, the agreement controls.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log information:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages requested and the date and time of each request
  • Referring URL

We use this information to keep the site running, secure, and fast. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. See Section 6 for details.

2.5 Business Contact Information from Other Sources

For business-to-business outreach, we may obtain professional contact details from public sources and B2B data providers. This may include name, job title, company, business email address, and LinkedIn profile.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and deliver the assessments you request
  • Schedule and run meetings
  • Scope, deliver, and invoice consulting engagements
  • Send relevant business communications and insights (you can opt out at any time)
  • Contact business professionals about our services through B2B outreach
  • Improve the site and our offers
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

4. AI-Assisted Work

We use AI tools, such as large language model services, to help analyze information and draft deliverables.

Client confidential information goes only into AI tools whose terms do not permit the provider to train models on our inputs, or as the client agrees in writing. A person reviews every client deliverable before it is shared.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only in the following situations.

5.1 Service Providers

We share information with vendors that help us operate our business, including website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, CRM, outreach and prospecting tools, payment and invoicing, and AI services. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5.2 Engagement Subcontractors

If a specialist helps deliver your engagement, we share your information with them only with your consent and under confidentiality obligations.

5.3 Business Transfers

If RevGen AI LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. This policy will continue to apply to the information transferred unless you are notified otherwise.

5.4 Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. The site uses only what it needs to work:

  • Essential storage. The site saves your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. It contains no personal information.
  • Scheduling. When you book a meeting, you are taken to Calendly, which sets its own cookies under the Calendly Privacy Notice.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or marketing pixels on the site. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete them. If you block local storage, the site will not remember your theme preference.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Inquiry, assessment, and prospect data. Kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Client engagement data. Kept for the length of the engagement plus the period set in the client agreement (by default, 12 months after the engagement ends), then deleted or returned to the client.
  • Invoicing and financial records. Kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

8. Data Security

We protect personal information with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit
  • Access limited to people who need it to do their work
  • Multi-factor authentication on business systems
  • Review of the vendors we use to store or process information

No method of transmitting or storing data is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9.1 All Users

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your information

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us. You can also ask us to stop contacting you through outreach, and we will add you to our do-not-contact list.

9.2 Texas Residents

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents have the right to:

  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
  • Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you
  • Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and why
  • Delete personal information we collected from you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9.4 EEA and UK Users (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent, such as when you subscribe to communications
  • Contract, to deliver services you request or have engaged us for
  • Legitimate interests, such as running and improving our business and contacting business professionals about relevant services through B2B outreach
  • Legal obligation, such as keeping tax records

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

We are based in the United States, and your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9.5 How to Make a Request

To exercise any of these rights, email mlmoreno@gmail.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, which may include asking you to confirm details we already hold. We respond within 30 days, or within 45 days where state law allows, and we will let you know if we need more time.

10. Third-Party Links

The site may link to websites run by other companies. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will also post a notice on the site.
